In a nutshell, ABV Marketing Ltd. looks after your privacy and protects your data as if it were our own. We'll use the information we collect to contact you and you have every right to ask us what information we hold about you and edit or delete it from our records.   1. Squarespace: This is our website Content Management System (CMS)

  2. Mailchimp: This is where our email database is stored

Information We Collect Automatically

The types of information we may automatically collect about you include:

  • Log Information: When you visit our website, our servers automatically record certain log file information, such as your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, operating system, browser type and language, referring URLs, access times, pages viewed, links clicked and other information about your activities.

  • Mobile Device Information: We may collect information about the mobile device you use to access or use our website, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information.

  • Information Collected by Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: At present we do not have cookies enabled on our website but service providers such as our website platform, Squarespace use various tracking technologies, including cookies and web beacons, to collect information about you when you interact with our website, including information about your browsing behavior. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory that help us improve the website and your experience, see which areas and features of the website are popular, and count visits. Web beacons are electronic images that may be used in the website or emails and help deliver cookies, count visits and understand usage and campaign effectiveness. How we use your personal information

We will use your personal information:

  • to market our services and products to you, including contacting you electronically (e.g. by text or email for this purpose)

Protecting your personal information

Our website is secure with an SSL certificate. SSL Certificates are small data files that digitally bind a cryptographic key to an organization’s details. When installed on a web server, it activates the padlock and the https protocol and allows secure connections from a web server to a browser. Typically, SSL is used to secure credit card transactions, data transfer and logins. We will take all reasonable steps to keep your personal information safe from loss, unauthorised activity, or other misuse.

Accessing and correcting your personal information

You also have the right to access your readily retrievable personal information that we hold and to request a correction to your personal information. Before you exercise this right, we will need evidence to confirm that you are the individual to whom the personal information relates. In respect of a request for correction, if we think the correction is reasonable and we are reasonably able to change the personal information, we will make the correction. If we do not make the correction, we will take reasonable steps to note on the personal information that you requested the correction. Internet use

While we take reasonable steps to maintain secure internet connections, if you provide us with personal information over the internet, the provision of that information is at your own risk. If you post your personal information on the website’s message board/ chat room, you acknowledge and agree that the information you post is publicly available. If you follow a link on our website to another site, the owner of that site will have its own privacy policy relating to your personal information. We suggest you review that site’s privacy policy before you provide personal information.
